Notes
Orders to be delivered in the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Occasionally they may be sent by EVRi or another parcel company and we aim for them to be delivered according to the above table which is in line with the carriers advertised delivery timeframes but these cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed on a non-working day or after 4pm on Friday should be dispatched the next working day (for our purposes a “working day” is Monday to Friday, not including bank or public holidays).
For the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, if we receive an order at the weekend and this service is required, then the product(s) will be posted on the following Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday (or in the case of a UK Bank Holiday, they will be posted on the following Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday).
We can deliver to BFPO addresses, However we are unable to deliver the next day to BFPO addresses or addresses in Northern Ireland, the Highlands and any Islands, addresses in or north of Glasgow/Edinburgh and the more remote parts of the UK.
The Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service offers full end to end tracking with a photo available upon delivery. The customer receiving the parcel will also get an SMS or email notification when it’s delivered.

Returns
We will refund the full value of any products purchased, provided the two conditions below are met:
1. You are able to return the products in question to us within 28 days of receipt of your order; and
2. Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels still attached and the packaging intact.
